Who We Are

Walter E. Sabbath, Jr. Funeral Service in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, is an independently owned funeral home and business. We provide creative services to help individuals and families design services that will memorialize their loved ones. One thing that makes us unique is that we are a ministry as well as a business. Our past clients have regarded us as professional while also being caring and open to their needs.

One way in which we give back to our community is to provide internship opportunities for 10th graders at Mastery Charter at Pickett Campus.  The four month internship allows students to assist the funeral director and manager.  The students are exposed to the work that goes into operating a business while also providing a much needed service.
